Exploring the world of inventory. How do we know we have too much?  Why do we get too much? What do we do when we find out we have too much?  The boss says, “Reduce inventory 15% this year!” What do we reduce and how?  We’ll look at some causes of inflated inventories and how to measure key indicators to improve performance.
