We live in an era of intense competitive pressure in which companies, regardless of industry, are faced with increasing expectations to serve their customers better; better products, better service and lower costs. Whether your company is an entrepreneurial start-up or a larger, long-established company the pressures are similar.

This presentation will be about people as the key to sustained success in your organization. Leaders who lead well harness their people’s skills and passions, helping them accomplish great things in their organizations. The presentation will include key principles for organizational effectiveness and discussion about how you can align responsibilities of your people with business/operational processes to improve efficiency and competitive advantage in your Supply Chain.

Our Guest Speaker

Anton Donkers founded Sure Course Consulting to fulfill his passion for leadership and to utilize his experience and skills as a business leader for the benefit of others.

With a B.Sc. in Food Science from the University of Guelph and an MBA from York University, Anton’s formal education established a foundation for his career as an executive in the food industry. His positions included several areas of operations, general management and supply chain at two of Canada’s largest food companies. In 2012, he retired from his position as the Vice President of Supply Chain Optimization and now helps businesses and organizations as a consultant.

Anton has invested much of his time in studying, practicing and teaching leadership because he believes that good leadership fundamentals are the key to an organization’s success. When put into practice, these principles enable the development of empowered teams, giving individuals the opportunity to grow and reach their potential.
