For many professionals, getting management buy-in, developing strong teams, and having others support your initiatives can seem like an impossible hurdle. While much of our work is founded on fact-based decisions and use of tools, people still do the work and can often be the most challenging element of a project. The ability to understand what drives others will help a professional build strong teams, while ensuring you are presenting the right information to the right audience in the right way for maximum effect.

This talk will delve into personal dynamics to "sell" to management and others, how to uncover employee motivators, and understanding team dynamics to transform low-performing teams into high-performing teams. Touching on elements such as team assessment tools and emotional intelligence, combined with real-world examples, attendees will learn simple, practical tools you can apply immediately and understand how to have engaging conversations to be able to reach others, persuade them, and meet goals.
