TOP MANAGEMENT NIGHT

Brett will build on his article in the May/June 2016 issue of APICS Magazine.  The “Lessons Learned” column focused on the expression –

"You cannot manage what you do not measure, what gets measured gets done, what gets rewarded gets done first."

How does this expression relate to your organization?  Could understanding this expression change the way you and your team responds to challenges?  Can this expression improve how you serve your customers, achieve your strategic goals?  At what levels in your organization can this expression be used to advantage?
